Information we collect

The Contact form collects your Email address, WhatsApp number, and optional Name and Message. If you arrive through a relevant site link, the inquiry may also include valid selected Tour, Trade Show, topic, or guest-count context.

Customize Your Tour collects one Email or WhatsApp contact method, Travel Date, Number of guests, Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 attraction selections, additional requests for each day, and overall preferences or other trip information. It does not collect a passport number through the normal form.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, prepare tour suggestions and customized itineraries, understand travel dates, group size, and preferences, discuss availability and pricing, and respond to trade show or business-support inquiries where applicable. It may also be used to prevent spam and abuse and to maintain basic operational or security records where technically necessary.

Customize Your Tour

Customize Your Tour is an inquiry and planning tool. Submitting it does not automatically create a booking. The information you provide helps Beijing Local Guide understand the requested itinerary and reply with relevant suggestions.

How forms are delivered

When you submit a form, your browser sends it to Cloudflare Pages and a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce automated abuse before the form is accepted. Resend is used to deliver the inquiry email to Beijing Local Guide. These services process information as part of hosting, security verification, and email delivery.

Database and retention

The website does not intentionally write Contact or Customize Your Tour submissions into its own application database. Submitted information may remain in the destination email inbox, email-delivery infrastructure, security or logging systems, and relevant service-provider systems for operational, security, troubleshooting, or legal purposes. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passport scans, payment-card details, passwords, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive personal documents through the Contact or Customize Your Tour forms. These normal inquiry forms do not require them. If passport information is genuinely needed for a confirmed attraction reservation, Beijing Local Guide should request only what is necessary through an appropriate communication method after booking discussions.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads when it is configured for the site. Cookie preference controls are disabled for this build. Google Ads and remarketing cookies are not currently used. Contact and Customize Your Tour form fields are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You may use the Contact page to ask what inquiry information is being held, request a correction, or request deletion where this is reasonably possible and appropriate for operational or legal requirements.

Third-party services and websites, including communication or payment services you choose to use outside these forms, have their own privacy policies. Please review them before sharing information through those services.
